After 7 years of working in the skincare & aesthetics industry, I have decided to close my books!

It’s not a decision I have taken lightly, but I feel like the end of this summer is the right time for me to allow LJ UNFILTERED to come to its natural end.

I would like to thank all of you who have supported me over the years & trusted me with your beautiful faces. It’s been a pleasure 💕

Everyone who has a membership booked in - these courses will be honored, but no new customers will be accepted from now for memberships! I will also not be accepting any more anti wrinkle appointments during August.

Facials, filler, skin boosters & b12 injections will continue at normal until my last clinic day on 28/8/25.

This is not the last you will hear of me, I have something else in the pipeline that I am finalising behind the scenes! I can’t wait to share it with you soon 🧡

How do you know if your lips are overfilled?

1). Migration, this is one of the biggest signs that you are in need of a lip refresh! Years of filling causing lip filler to migrate above the top lip because it simply has no where else to go (see above).

2). Loss of natural definition - usually the distinct curves of the cupids bow & vermillion border.

3). Disproportionate appearance or lumps & bumps.

4). Difficulty with lip movement or loss of lip sensation.

If you have any of the above, then the likelihood is that your lips are overfilled & my advice would be - let’s dissolve & start again!

I will be that practitioner that will tell you no to more lip filler in any of these instances, as I care about YOU & your HEALTH!

Continuously filling already overfilled lips comes with higher risks of vascular occlusion, an emergency that will require immediate dissolving to treat!

Things you need to know about my chemical peels…

1. Your skin won’t peel - but dead skin will subtly flake off over the week!

2. Your skin doesn’t need to peel or feel like acid had been thrown on it to tackle acne - this sometimes can irritate more sensitive skin more. Mine are softer & suitable for ALL skin types.

3. I offer 3 types of peels, but don’t stress I will help decide what one is best on the day of your appointment.

4. Peels work over the course of a week BUT you will leave & wake up glowing no matter which once you have!
