It's about being part of the community you where born in and serving your community, building relationships, bonds and friendships. Helping people out when they need it, the odd free hair cut here and there for someone who you can noticeably see is struggling with what ever is burdening Thier day can make a person's day and make a difference. Being a good listener can make someone feel like it's ok to not be ok... and This is what it's about. I fu***ng love this job and the people I see and serve. 🚨 guys, it is so important to stay away if your ill. Me and james are self employed and dont have the luxuries of sick pay! Going forward there will be a no tolerance approach to people who come in and are visibly unwell, if mentioned they have been unwell with in the last week(72hr). If your off work or child is not in school because they have been ill! You will be asked to leave immediately.
Please have some common courtesy for others!! 🚨
