My lovely Mumma Karen 💕 continues to make fantastic progress, building on the strong results from her previous month and showing that consistency really pays off 🙌🏼
In just over 8 weeks, she has lost 3.1kg, reduced her measurements by 18.5cm, lowered her body fat, improved muscle quality, and significantly reduced visceral fat—all while navigating a birthday 🎂☀️ and several social occasions! 😉🍷🥘🍹

Outcomes are often delayed and only partly under your control:

Processes are the actions you control:
* Doing high-quality work consistently
* Exercising and eating well today
* Talking to customers and improving your product
* Writing 500 words every morning
When you become process-focused:
* Progress feels more immediate because you can win every day.
* Motivation becomes less dependent on external results.
* Setbacks hurt less because they don’t erase the work you’ve done.
* Success often arrives as a byproduct of repeated good actions.
A practical way to think about it:
Outcome goal: “I want to run a marathon.”
Process goal: “I will run four times per week for the next six months.”
The marathon is a future event. The training schedule is today’s commitment.
Many high performers use a simple question:
“What process would make this outcome almost inevitable if I repeated it long enough?”
Then they direct most of their attention there.
Our beautiful Sarah’s journey since August 2025 is a great example of why progress should be measured over the long term 💚 Despite facing some challenges recently, she has continued to move forward and should be incredibly proud of what she has achieved ✨ Her results include a 10kg (22lb) weight loss, 60cm lost in measurements, a 6.7% reduction in body fat, improved hydration, and a 1.5-litre reduction in visceral fat 🙌🏼 While this month’s changes weren’t as significant as some previous reviews, maintaining progress during a challenging period is an achievement in itself, and Sarah’s dedication and resilience continue to come through 🫶🏼💪🏼 You got this Sar 😘

Our lovely Lynne has achieved some fantastic results, even after only just coming back from a week all inclusive holiday! ☀️ With a 2.45kg weight loss, a fantastic 36.5cm reduction in measurements, a decrease in body fat, improved hydration levels and a reduction in visceral fat 🙌🏼
