Ground & Glow By Josie

✨ NEW TREATMENT ✨

Starting 8th October, I’ll be adding Indian Head Massage to my treatment list 🤎

After having so many of you ask to add it to the treatment list, it only felt right to bring it to Ground & Glow! ✨

Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment focusing on the head, neck, shoulders and upper back — perfect for anyone who needs a little time to slow down, switch off and reset. 🌿

I’m so excited to add another treatment to the menu and in my new relaxation room!

🌿 5 Things that doesn't matter in the reflexology room 🌿

✨️ You haven't shaved your legs (or you toes)

🌿 Your stomach starts to rumble (this is a good sign that you're in a deep relaxation

✨️ Falling asleep and starting to snore (Please enjoy your nap)

🌿 You haven't recently had a pedicure

✨️ You've had a stressful week and need to rant (Let it all out)

✨️ BIG ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

I have some very exciting news… 🤎

From October, Ground & Glow will be moving salons! ✨
I’m so excited to be joining the lovely team at LUXE HAIR
where I’ll now be able to offer spray tans from the salon as well as my Reflexology treatments 🦶🌿

As Ground & Glow continues to grow, I’ve had more and more people asking if they can have their spray tan from a salon, so it felt like the perfect time for this next step! 🤎

And don’t worry… mobile spray tans aren’t going anywhere! ✨

I’ll still be offering my mobile tanning service for those who prefer the convenience of having their tan at home

I’m SO excited to start this new chapter and can’t wait to welcome you all to my new space at Luxe Hair and it only feels right to start with a new Logo 🤍

Here’s to the next chapter of Ground & Glow… ✨

A little behind the treatment ✨

The products I use matter 🤍

For my reflexology treatments, I use Songbird Reflexology Wax — chosen because it’s:

🌿 Made with carefully selected ingredients
🥜 Nut free
🦶 Designed specifically for reflexology
✨ Soft, soothing and comfortable on the feet

Because your treatment should feel good from start to finish. 🤎
Have you ever wondered what products are used during reflexology? 👀
