What an incredible day. Seeing so many familiar faces, customers, friends, family, and members of the local community all together made it really special.

A year ago, Apollo’s was just an idea. Thanks to your support, recommendations, and loyalty, it’s grown into something I’m genuinely proud of. I couldn’t have reached this milestone without every single one of you.

I hope everyone enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and celebrating with us. Here’s to another year of fresh cuts, great conversations, and continuing to build an amazing community.
