Ok let’s talk breath of life
This is from a personal experience last night with my 7 year old who woke up with shivering fits, completely congested and restless. So remembering that I’m a temple spa skin care consultant at 3am 🤣 and having natural remedy’s around that will help aid sleep and to breathe better 🤣😊, i put 2 drops in a glass of water I had on my bedside and 1 drop on his pillow. Now he’s not a fan of vicks but would tolerate the smell of breath of life ☺️ within 10 minutes he had fallen back to sleep breathing normally. Worked before the calpol kicked in . Happy days. 😊
