Sorry I've been a little quiet lately 💕

Truthfully, I've been feeling pretty burnt out.

Between running my nail business, trying to keep on top of everything behind the scenes, and dealing with constant illnesses and my own mental health struggles, I've realised I've been running on empty for quite a while.

I've been putting a lot of pressure on myself to keep going, keep working, and keep showing up as normal, even when I've not really felt okay.

So if I seem a little quieter or slower to reply, that's why.

Next week, I'm taking some time for myself to rest, recover, reflect, and hopefully get myself back to a better place mentally and physically. 💖

I'll still be checking messages when I can, but responses may be a little slower than usual while I take this much-needed break.

Sometimes you have to stop pushing through and give yourself the same care and kindness you'd give to everyone else.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support my little business and understands that I'm human too. ✨
