Dear Clients,

I wanted to let you know that, unfortunately, my service prices will be increasing. As unpleasant as it is to announce, this decision has become necessary due to rising rent, accounting expenses and the increasing cost of products and supplies.

Thank you all sincerely for your understanding, loyalty, and continued support — I truly appreciate every one of you. I completely understand if the new prices may no longer be suitable for some clients.

I would also like to remind everyone about last-minute cancellations and missed appointments. These situations affect both my time and income. Therefore, if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or in the case of a no-show, I will kindly ask for 50% of the appointment cost to be paid before booking any future appointments.

I fully understand that unexpected situations can happen, but due to the increasing number of last-minute changes and missed appointments, this policy has become necessary.
