A week on since The Gathering, and proof that community overpowers competition, always 🩷

I had my ticket for the The Gathering Event for months, but as the event grew closer and things became a bit chaotic with not being able to renew the lease on my premises and relocate the business. I wasn’t sure if being in a room with loads of people and socialising/networking was what I needed.

Turns out it was exactly what I needed. Speaking to fellow beauty therapists who have gone from working in/owning busy salons, to now working from home, and them sharing their experiences with me bought me a sense of calm, and set my fears to one side. And for that I’m grateful 🫶🏻

It’s always great to catch up with other individuals working in the industry, finally put names to I’ve followed on Instagram for years, and connect with industry brands.

Minnies, foofies, lady gardens. Whatever nickname you have for you v***a, believe me when I say I have seen them all 🍑✨ And they are as unique to you as your fingerprint.

Don’t let the fear of baring all put you off booking in for an intimate wax. I see 70+ different v***as every month, so believe me when I say they are as unique to you as your fingerprint 🩷

This certainly wasn’t on my bingo card for 2026. But sometimes life throws you a curveball & you have to navigate around it the best you can…

An unexpected chapter, but one that I am excited for! 🩷
