Hi everyone 💛

As most of you know, I’ve been juggling two jobs for quite a while now—hairdressing alongside working within the groundwork’s business.
Over time that side of things has grown a lot and is now at a point where it really needs my full time and attention.

On top of that, over the past few months I’ve been struggling with my shoulder, and it’s now got to the point where it’s painful most of the time.
After seeing the physio, I’ve found out it’s a rotator cuff injury from years of hairdressing, and I’ve been advised I need to properly rest it to avoid long-term damage.

Because of all of this, I’ve made the really difficult decision to step away from hairdressing and focus fully on the groundwork’s business full time❤️

It’s not something I’ve decided overnight—I’ve been thinking about it for a while—but my shoulder has really pushed me to make the change now rather than risk causing lasting damage.

I just want to say a huge thank you to every single one of you who has supported me over the years. I’ve genuinely loved doing your hair and all the chats & laughter that came with it❤️🫶

For all you lovely people now feeling like you don’t know where to start to find a new hairdresser.
