A sad goodbye after 38yrs. Locking up for the last time has been an emotional one today. Thankyou to everyone for my cards and gifts very much appreciated, I’ll be seeing you all at my new venture at gingers on Taunton rd xx😢❤️

After 38 unforgettable years unfortunately we’ve had to make the decision to close the salon. I would personally like to thank the unforgettable mr bob burton for without him the salon wouldn’t be here in the first place, we will raising a glass for you on Monday 🙏🥂. I’d like to thank all my loyal clients which I class as friends for the years of laughs sometimes tears and lots of celebrations. I’ll be moving to gingers hair and nails on Taunton road I would love to see your faces walk through the door and follow me. A massive Thankyou to Tracey for putting her trust in me running the salon for her for the past 2 1/2 years it’s been a blast. I’m going to miss the girls massively but we will catch up for a drink or 3 🥂🥂. Onwards and upwards to pastures new and I wish all the girls the best. Can’t wait to see you all at gingers, you can’t get rid of me that easily 😜💇‍♀️💇‍♂️❤️❤️

⭐️To all my wonderful customers ⭐️

After 17 wonderful years at Bob’s a door closes as another one opens for me. I have had the best time working with the best bunch of girls anyone could wish for and met many lovely customers along the way.. customers that have also become very good friends that will hold in my heart forever ❣️
I feel very sad Bob’s is no more but I have an exciting adventure ahead of me now. I am off to join a lovely salon with new people and welcome all my existing customers to please 🙏🏻 follow me! I promise, you won’t regret it!!
You will find me at Blush Hair & Beauty in Woolavington a short drive from Bridgwater.. you know I’m worth it!

Unfortunately I am only doing hair and stopping the nails as there is already a nail technician there.
I want to thank all my loyal customers that have been with me over the years, I wouldn’t be where I am without you all. I will keep you all updated with my start date but any questions please dont hesitate to ask.

My last day will be the 7th August so plenty of time to get that last appointment with me till I move on… be quick tho as I’m filling up rapidly.. I can’t guarantee availability so you’ll have to bear with me!!

It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that Bobs Hair and Nails will cease trading on 9th August 2025.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the customers and staff we have been fortunate to meet over the many years.
Shelley, Sam, Lynne and Lisa will ensure a smooth transition and keep you updated with their new places of work.
I would personally like to thank the girls for all the help and support they have given me over the years, and I wish them luck and all the best for their future endeavours xx
