The "BOYS CLUB" is the oldest gym in bridgwater,founded around 1955 it started with just a few loose disc and homemade machines.
The Boys Club is the oldest & most well known gym, in and around bridgwater .Price 60£ for a 10 week period or one year cost 275£...a saving of 37 pounds for a year. This carried on really and over the decades the gym has evolved,and continued to improve its facilities & equipment. It is unique in that it is a non-profit making organisation & money made goes back into improving the gym for its mem
Guys please keep the matts at the door, Alan does his best to keep the gym tidy, he doesn't need to clear up a muddy footprints as well!!!!

GYM OBITUARY
Good memories & happy times!
It is with very sad news that paul hooper, has passed away.
paul has been a member of the boys club for a few years now,
and always had a smile and was always on hand to share conversation with the members of the gym.
The boys club would like to wish pauls loved ones" and family
our condolences and deepest sympathy at this very sad time!.
RIP Paul..

CLUB OBITUARY
It is with much sadness to report the passing of Mike derrick,
Mike was a member of the BOYS CLUB when we were at the church in all saints terrace, from 1976 till 1996.
Mike was a true character in the gym, and had great humour and charisma, he was also a preacher within the church service and this was an important part of his life.
He was also a keen member of bridgwater and Albion rugby club.
Once again sad to hear of mikes passing , but he will be fondly remembered.

Hi All
Can you please ensure your footwear is clean to use in the gym!...on a few occasions lately mud/dirt has been left, from shoes/boots.
There are notices in the gym, so there is no excuse , to do this .
if it happens again whoever is responsible will be leaving.
