New policy- to secure your appointment, a deposit is now required for all clients new and regular, all appointments .
(Disclaimer- all appointments already booked are still secure🩶)
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
•An appointment can be rescheduled once only with the same deposit if 48 hours’ notice is given
• Any further changes will require a new deposit
• Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit
• No-shows will need to pay 100% of the missed appointment before rebooking

Thank-you for understanding 🩷Deposits are not personal, last minute cancellations and no shows have a huge impact on my business, as I am unable to fill these appointments at short notice.
I do understand that emergencies happen — these will always be considered at my discretion 🤍
