Many of you will know we are back and fully open and I am doing a little research and trying to rebuild my groups after a very challenging few years.

When you come to our groups as a new member, as part of your membership package, you'll be invited to take a seat at our new member table and you'll be given your fantabulous new member pack full of everything you need to start your Slimming World journey.

I'll be there to welcome you and to run through everything in your pack with you, making sure you're feeling positive, happy and ready for a fab first week.

While we do that our other members will be weighing in and taking their seats in group.

After our new member chat, if you don't already know anyone, I'll find you someone friendly to sit next to in the group (never hard to do as all my members will always welcome you warmly) and you can then get a taste of what happens in Image Therapy before we get you signed up at the end of the session.

The hardest part for you , I promise, will be stepping through the doors in the first place...once you've done that we'll take over and you'll soon find you are caught up in the safe, friendly and fun atmosphere that is found in all my groups.

So come and see us...you won't regret it.

Hi I'm a leaflet👋

I may well be floating through your letter box soon. At first glance you might think I'm junk mail (I promise I won't be too offended 😜) but can I just ask you to consider a few things...

So far, us leaflets have achieved some amazing things. We've helped people take that often really hard step into a friendly local group. That might not seem much but when that small step leads to life changing events, then WOW!!!
“Like what?” You might ask… well, here's a few examples...
