My lovely client today was rather embarrassed by her feet and had allowed her nails to really take over. She had spent such a long time in fear of been hurt after a consultation and breaking down some walls we took our time and ensured she was comfortable throughout her appointment, she was so overwhelmed with the results literally changing her life.
