✨ IMPORTANT NOTICE ✨

As of today, a £20 non-refundable deposit will be required for ALL eyelash extension appointments when booking. 🤍

I’ve made the decision to introduce this policy as my diary has become increasingly busy, and unfortunately I’ve had a number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

When an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice, that appointment could have been offered to someone else who has been waiting longer for their treatment. I really value everyone’s time, and I want to make sure my appointments are available to those who genuinely want them. 🫶🏼

The £20 deposit will be taken at the time of booking and will be non-refundable. It will, of course, be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and I really appreciate your understanding and continued support. 🤍
