I had back pain from my pregnancy and retreat (as always) were quick to respond and get me booked in unlike other places and Ella was wonderful from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable about what she could and couldn't do and I woke up the next morning in no pain. Would 100% recommend to other pregnant mum's out there!

Today marks the start of a very exciting new chapter as Alice heads off to welcome her little bundle of joy. We honestly couldn’t be happier for her, although we’re going to miss her so much over the next 9 months!

Alice is such a huge part of the Retreat family, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she does. Her talent, kindness and caring nature shine through every single day, and we know so many of you will miss seeing her too.
