22-28 October is National Massage Week. Massage is beneficial on so many levels: reducing muscle tension, increasing flexibility in your joints, enables relaxation, improves circulation around your body and it’s an amazing stress reliever. Invest some time in yourself this autumn with a bespoke massage πŸ‚ πŸ’†πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Take a bit of time out this Bank Holiday Weekend and savour the little things in life.

I’ve taken 10 mins today to gaze at the beautiful blue sky and listen to the breeze through the trees. Reset for the weekend.

Happy Bank Holiday β˜€οΈ

Mental Health Awareness Month is focusing this week on Anxiety. This is something we all suffer from time to time. When we don’t know how to cope with our feelings of anxiety, it can get out of control and stop us from doing the things we need or want to do.

Dealing with anxiety can feel an uphill struggle. But there are ways we can manage these tough feelings:
Think about focusing on your breathing, get moving, keep a diary, challenge your thoughts, seek help for financial worries, get out in nature, seek help from friends or professionals to talk about your worries, get quality sleep & rest, or try eating a healthy diet.
