Menopause can bring lots of changes to your skin — but with the right care, you can help your skin stay healthy, hydrated and glowing. 🤍

1️⃣ Oestrogen drops 💧
Lower oestrogen can mean less collagen, hyaluronic acid and natural oils, leaving skin feeling drier, thinner and less plump.

2️⃣ Your skin barrier needs extra support 🛡️
Menopausal skin can become more sensitive and prone to dryness and irritation. Gentle cleansing, moisturising and barrier-supporting ingredients are key.

3️⃣ Collagen & elasticity decrease ✨
You may notice fine lines, loss of firmness and changes in skin texture. Ingredients such as peptides, antioxidants and retinoids can help support the skin.

4️⃣ Pigmentation can become more noticeable ☀️
Hormonal changes can contribute to pigmentation and uneven skin tone. Daily SPF 30–50 is one of the most important steps you can take.

5️⃣ Your skin needs a different approach ❤️
What worked for you in your 30s and 40s might not work as well now. Your skin can need more hydration, nourishment and gentle, targeted treatments.
