I’m opening up a small number of 1:1 personal training volunteer spaces to help shape and test Lightning Like Fitness — properly, not performatively.

Here’s the deal:
– 10 week commitment (starting asap)
– Flexible days/times (weekends preferred)
– You must be comfortable being part of social media content
– You do not need to be fit, experienced, or “gym confident”
– You do need to show up as you are
