I hope I’ve got this right and i-bar is allowed to open on the 2nd December! Personal care is allowed to open and the online booking is open from the 2nd December. I had to share my excitement after seeing these brows again. Not too big that they are disproportionate to your face, I’m seeing some huge lovely brows on insta but they look like comedy eyebrows drowning a little face! Let’s find a happy medium...
