Due to a crazy amount of last minute cancellations in the last couple of weeks, I will have to start being more strict on my cancellation policies.
It’s really tough to enforce this, as I understand that things come up that can’t be helped, but I have lost over £600 in the last 2 weeks from cancellations within 48 hours. Last minute cancellations mean I don’t have time to fill that gap, causing loss of income. I am self employed so if I don’t work I don’t get paid, and this is my main source of income so really affects me.

My cancellation fee, with no exceptions, is;
Within 48 hours a 50% fee will be charged.
Within 24 hours 100% fee will be charged.

This is the most beautiful shade, and we managed to add both length and thickness with just 75g 👌🏼
