You might need to zoom in to spot the hairs on the pad, but what's really exciting is that about 90% of them have a clear, visible bulb at the root. That’s exactly what we aim for because the bulb is crucial for fully destroying the hair follicle. When we see that bulb, it’s a sign the treatment is working effectively, which means those hairs are much less likely to make a comeback. Overall, a super successful session!

Electrolysis is a highly effective hair removal method, and though the immediate aftermath can show some redness and small bumps, this is a normal part of the process. Thread vein removal via electrolysis is very successful. In some cases with more prominent veins a follow up procedure may be required. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​This image is directly after treatment but it’s important to be aware that once the redness and swelling subsides if can look WORSE, before they get better. The healing process can take up to 6 weeks.

Capillaries are different for everyone, the main thing to remember is:
- capillaries may need a few treatments
- treated capillaries always look so much worse after for up the 3 maybe 4 weeks
- ensure you use SPF daily
- avoid treatment during months if you are susceptible to allergies (ie hayfever) and avoid over exertion (flushing of the area treated) ie the gym to prevent stress on the treated area
