BRIGHTON MARATHON 2026 - So in awe of each and every one of you, how incredibly hard you’ve all trained to get to this day! What an electric atmosphere, Brighton really showed up in the sunshine. Helped a lovely chap who cramped up at mile 23 (if there was a time to pull up, it would be right next to a sports massage therapist 😂)! Congratulations to all who participated, you are sensational! I’m looking forward to my fully booked clinic tomorrow, treating all my wonderful marathon runners! Still have availability for Tuesday! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻

Vietnam and Thailand in massages 🇻🇳🇹🇭 I feel so grateful to have experienced 5 weeks over in this magical part of south east Asia. I am obsessed with the culture of massage in these countries and how wellbeing really is a top priority. Every other shop front is a massage place, with welcoming sounds of “massage kha” whenever you walk past. I lost count of how many I had, but at each hour treatment ranging between £5-£10, it’s rude not to. I’ve learnt so much as well as resting my own body. This trip has really ignited a spark within me, I am keen to study in this part of the world now and want to offer my clients more. I hope you’ve enjoyed my journey and I would highly recommend getting yourself out to this wonderful part of the world. ✨
