Well hi there! It's been a while!

Let's catch up whilst I take a break from this laptop screen 🐼

I'm going to be completely honest here and say that the pressure to be an all singing all dancing social media content creator in order to run a small business nowadays makes me want to hide under my massage table.

I love connecting with people in meaningful ways and it feels so forced to have to create and keep up with trending content in order to advertise and reach new clients. I kinda hate it and I hate being told I HAVE to do it.

The Panda has evolved a lot over this last year and soon I'll be rebranding to something that better reflects who I am, same great massage, fresh new look and I'm working really hard behind the scenes to get this done and launched when it's ready.

I'm also going into my Level 4 Counselling course and will soon be out on placement working as a trainee counsellor, nervous and excited at the same time! Juggling running the business, working, being at college for 2 years and 2 more to go, has been a lot and it's made me change my diary so I'm not working so many 12 hour days and having to do college work on my breaks!

Did I tell you I got engaged too in June? 💍 So a wedding to plan for next year too!

My diary is full, my heart is full and I'm always so grateful that you book me for your massages and support me.

🌿 Manual Lymphatic Drainage 🌿

I am delighted to be able to bring this hugely popular treatment to you and to share what it's all about, how it works and who it can support.

It's really important to me to be able to back up my treatments with some nerdy science and I could write an essay on how this works but the short version is...

🌿 It supports the natural drainage of the lymphatic system
🌿 Relieves swelling, fluid retention, puffiness and supports the natural removal of the bodies waste and excess fluid
🌿 Highly supportive to conditions such as ME, Fibromyalgia, chronic pain, fluid retention and more

MLD is not the same as the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, this isn't a weight loss treatment in any way and is a gentle treatment that supports the body systems.

It is effective after just one treatment but a course is recommended and I'll discuss this with you during a full consultation before your first treatment. A discount will be given on all courses of treatment booked too.

Treatments can be from 30 minutes to an hour and are available for my mobile clients and at Eclipse Salon in Balcombe too.
