We would like to bring to your attention the following points:

We welcome both male and female clients. Failure to meet appointments may result in no further treatments being booked. Mobile phones should be switched off or turned to silent before entering the beauty salons to
ensure students and clients are not disturbed. Clients are requested not to wear jewellery and all personal items are the owner’s responsibility. Due to Health and Safety, under 16s are not allowed in the salons. As a training salon, please be advised that treatments may take a little longer than times
estimated. Our prices reflect that of a training environment. Please support our learners by providing
constructive feedback. At times, we may have to reschedule appointments at short notice, due to circumstances beyond our
control. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Gift vouchers are available. Please ask at reception for details.
