Advanced Clinical Massage for the treatment of Chronic Pain
Clinical Massage treats chronic musculoskeletal pain blending the best of advanced bodywork techniques including trigger point work, fascial work, acupressure and stretching. Effective at treating most types of chronic pain conditions such as back pain, sciatica, neck pain, migraines, frozen shoulder and sports injuries, as well as systemic conditions like fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and plantar fasciitis.
60 mins - £55
Block of 6 treatments - £300
Therapeutic massage
A deeply relaxing therapeutic treatment aiming to calm the mind and relieve and soothe muscles tensions.
30/60/90 mins - £30/£55/£80
Traditional Thai Massage
Using a combination of rhythmic pressure point massage and yogic stretches tension is eased, energy levels heightened and relaxation promoted. This treatment is done on a floor mat fully clothed, great for those who have an injury or would like to address longer term niggles.
90 mins - £80
Hot Stone massage
Using hot basalt stones to create warmth allowing muscles to relax and ease tensions.
90 mins – £90
Lymphatic drainage
A light massage stimulating the lymphatic system, encouraging the natural movement of lymph, aiding detox and the reduction of swelling.
60 mins – £55

The last of our summer holidays, chasing sunsets in Dorset 🌅
I was absolutely exhausted last night. Whilst the boys were desperate to go back to the beach, I was ready to curl up and have a secret snooze whilst they watched a film. Needless to say, they won the coin toss, and we headed back to the beach for sunset, and my oh my, it was worth it. Nature always wins 💚

So much ❤️ for a week spent with the most inspiring souls ✨️
This week has been spent studying at , for my level 6 BTEC in advanced clinical massage, I've come away with even MORE tools to help my lovely clients with Acute injury & Chronic pain, the knowledge shared this week from tutors and fellow students has been amazing 🙌
Looking forward to the next two years of soaking up all I can to become the best therapist I can be, to help support all my lovely clients 💛

Today was all about finding inner peace, holding space and allowing us drop into the parasympathetic nervous system, our rest and digest mode, so lucky to be a part of this inspiring group of souls 😊
