Meet Age Honour Ritual Face Cream ๐ŸŒ™

I created this cream because my own skin was changing.

It was becoming drier, feeling different and the products I had used before just werenโ€™t giving it what it needed anymore.

But I didnโ€™t want a cream that promised to make me look younger. I wanted something that would care for my skin as it is now.

So I created Age Honour.

Made with carefully chosen ingredients including acmella and marine algae to deeply hydrate and help skin look smoother, firmer and naturally radiant.

Because ageing isnโ€™t something we need to hide behind a curtain.

Itโ€™s part of us. And I think it deserves to be celebrated. โœจ

How many of these have you been made to believe?

โŒ Wrinkles need correcting.

โŒ Younger-looking skin should always be the goal.

โŒ Every new line means you need another product.

โŒ Ageing skin is something you need to fight.

โŒ More actives mean better skincare.

โŒ If a product doesnโ€™t promise dramatic results, it isnโ€™t doing enough.

โŒ Looking your age is somehow a bad thing.

For years, women have been surrounded by language telling us to erase, reverse, correct and fight the visible signs of getting older.

But ageing isnโ€™t something skincare can stop.
And I donโ€™t think we should have to spend the rest of our lives looking at our faces and searching for something to fix.

Iโ€™d rather ask:

โœจ Does my skin feel comfortable?
โœจ Is it well hydrated?
โœจ Am I supporting my skin barrier?
โœจ Am I nourishing it?
โœจ Does my skin look healthy and naturally radiant?

That doesnโ€™t mean giving up on skincare.
Quite the opposite.
It means caring for your skin because you value it not because youโ€™re trying to make it look 20 years younger.

Thatโ€™s the philosophy behind Age Honour.
Because your skin doesnโ€™t need to look younger to be beautiful.

It deserves to be cared for at every age.

For years, I thought the answer to changing, drier skin was simple.

Skin feels dry? Add more cream.
Still feels tight? Find something richer.
Not glowing? Add another product.

But mature skin is not always asking for more.

Sometimes it is asking for the right balance.

Hydration to help replenish moisture.

Nourishing plant oils to soften and condition.
Ingredients that help support your skin barrier and reduce moisture loss.

Simply piling on a thicker cream does not automatically give your skin what it needs.

That realisation changed the way I formulate skincare and the way I care for my own skin.

Now, instead of asking 'What else can I put on my skin?', I ask: 'What does my skin actually need now?'

That is the thinking behind Age Honour.

Not fighting changing skin.
Not promising to turn back time.

Just giving mature skin the hydration, nourishment and care it needs to feel soft, comfortable and naturally radiant. ๐ŸŒ™

Because mature skin does not need more.
It needs to be understood.

After more than 20 years of making skincare, I donโ€™t have 5 secrets that will magically make you look 10 years younger.

But I DO have 5 things I wish more women over 40 knew.

1๏ธโƒฃ Stop chasing every line
Wrinkles aren't proof that your skincare isn't working. Theyโ€™re part of having skin that has lived.

2๏ธโƒฃ Hydration can make a huge difference to how your skin looks
When skin is dry or dehydrated it can look dull and fine lines can appear more noticeable.
Sometimes it isn't about adding another product. It's about giving your skin more of what it actually needs.

3๏ธโƒฃ More actives aren't always better
Your skin doesn't need every trending ingredient or a long list of actives just because they sound impressive.

When I created my Age Honour Cream, I chose actives for a reason. Actives that complement each other and creating a balanced formula that supports what mature skin actually needs.
That's the difference between more ingredients and the right ingredients.

4๏ธโƒฃ Healthy skin and younger-looking skin aren't the same thing
This is a big one.
You can have lines, texture and pigmentation AND have beautifully healthy, radiant skin.

5๏ธโƒฃ Stop using your younger face as the benchmark
Your skin has changed.
So care for the skin you have now rather than constantly comparing it with the skin you had 20 years ago.

After 20+ years of making skincare, perhaps my biggest lesson has nothing to do with looking younger.

You don't need to erase your age to take pride in your skin.

I want women to look in the mirror and see healthy, cared-for skin - not another list of things they need to fix.

That's what Age Honour means to me. ๐ŸŒ™๐Ÿ’œ

What if we stopped asking 'How can I look younger?'

And started asking...
'How can I look amazing at the age I am?'

Would that change the way you feel about your skin?

Healthy skin. Natural radiance.

Many women tell me they think their skin has suddenly become 'older'.

Very often, that is not the whole story.

As we get older, our skin naturally holds on to less moisture. When that happens, dehydration can make your skin look and feel very different.

Before you reach for a richer anti-ageing cream, ask yourself whether your skin is actually asking for more hydration.

Here are seven surprising signs your skin may be dehydrated:

๐ŸŒ™ Sign 1: Your skin feels tight after cleansing.

Tightness after cleansing does not always mean your skin is dry. It can simply be a sign that it needs more hydration.

๐ŸŒ™ Sign 2: Fine lines seem more noticeable.

Dehydration can make fine lines appear more visible. When your skin is well hydrated, they often look softer.

๐ŸŒ™ Sign 3: Your skin looks dull.

Skin that lacks water often loses its natural radiance, leaving it looking tired or flat.

๐ŸŒ™ Sign 4: Your make-up does not sit well.

Foundation may settle into fine lines or cling to dry patches because dehydrated skin has a rougher surface.

๐ŸŒ™ Sign 5: Your skin feels oily and tight.

Oily skin can still be dehydrated. A lack of
water and excess oil are not the same thing.

๐ŸŒ™ Sign 6: Your moisturiser never seems enough.

If your skin feels dry again soon after moisturising, it may need more hydration as well as nourishment.

๐ŸŒ™ Sign 7: Your skin just does not feel comfortable.

If your skin feels tight, rough or not quite like itself, dehydration could be part of the reason.

Hydration and nourishment are not the same thing, and understanding the difference can completely change the way you care for your skin.

I smoked ci******es for over 40 years.

I hardly exercised.

I certainly have not lived the perfectly healthy lifestyle we are often told we need if we want to age well.

And yet, this is me at 61.

No filter. No injections. No fillers.

Just me and the natural and vegan skincare I have made and used consistently for over 20 years.

Of course I have lines. My skin has changed. It should have changed.

I have lived 61 years.

But for a long time, I compared my skin to the skin I had when I was younger.

Until I realised I was asking the wrong question.

Instead of:

How can I make my skin look younger?

I started asking:

How can I keep my skin healthy and naturally radiant at the age I am now?โ€

That changed everything.

I cannot undo over 40 years of smoking and skincare cannot stop ageing.

But I can nourish my skin, hydrate it, support it and appreciate it for what it is today.

At 61, I am not interested in chasing 41.

I want to look in the mirror and see me.

Lines and all. ๐ŸŒฟ

Maybe our skin does not need fixing.

Maybe we need to change the way we see it.
