When I was 16 I had a headache everyday for a year, I went to see a kinesiologist who taught me Indian head massage and I was able to work my way out of it using those techniques, it was life changing for me.
Since then I’ve been practising Indian head massage on myself and others and have seen amazing results.

Advice on hot stones is to charge them in the full moon and it helps them to retain heat for longer, so last full moon I charged my stones, and woke up to this , I’m sure they have some extra special magic from the snow.
