This client initially came in requesting microneedling. Though, following a skin assessment, we determined that due to active acne, a chemical peel would be a more appropriate and effective treatment for her current skin condition.

Taking the time to properly assess and educate clients on what is best for their skin is always the right approach, even if it differs from their original request.
