A little reintroduction… and a little more of me 🤍

I’ve been thinking for a while about how I want to show up on this page, and I’ve realised I want to be more present here, not just sharing what I do in the clinic, but sharing more of me too.

Outside of aesthetics, there are so many things I love that have become such an important part of my life. Slowing down, being in nature, meditation, breathwork, movement, little rituals and simply making more time for the things that make me feel good.

They have helped me feel more grounded, find more inner peace and happiness, and feel more connected to myself, and I would love to start sharing more of that here.

Not because I think everyone should do what I do, but because if something that has helped me can inspire another woman to take a little more time for herself, try something new, or find something that makes her feel good too, then I would love that 🤍

I still LOVE what I do in the clinic. Subtle aesthetics, natural results and helping women feel more confident in themselves will always be such a huge part of what I do, that isn’t changing.

I just want this page to reflect a little more of what glow means to me.

Because it isn’t only about what we see in the mirror. It’s about how we feel within ourselves too.

And when you feel good from the inside out, you GLOW differently. ✨

So expect all the aesthetics you already know me for, alongside a little more wellbeing, self-care, the things I get up to outside of work and, ultimately, a little more of me.

I’m excited to be more present here, share more of the things I genuinely love and hopefully inspire you to find the little things that make you feel good too.

Because to me, beauty is about so much more than what we see on the outside. It’s about feeling confident, finding more inner peace, looking after ourselves and doing more of the things that make us feel truly good 🤍

My lovely client came to me wanting more definition through her jawline and initially thought jaw filler was the answer.

After carefully assessing her facial proportions, I felt she wasn’t the right candidate for jaw filler. Adding volume directly to the jaw can sometimes create a heavier or more boxy appearance from the front.

Instead, we started with chin filler, using the chin to create more structure, balance and definition to her profile.

Once the chin was beautifully shaped, I then carefully filled the chin dips to create a smooth, seamless transition from the chin into the jawline - giving the appearance of a more defined, contoured jaw without adding any filler to the jaw itself.

The result is a softer, more balanced profile with definition that looks natural and still looks like her.

She is absolutely over the moon with her results and feels so much more confident in her own face
