I love judging as I get to see a lot of lash p**n in one place! 😂 Joking aside, I’ve been privileged to see a lot of creative and innovative lash artistry so talk about having the best job ever! 🥰

🌟 Domestic Abuse Awareness: Julie's impact extends beyond the beauty industry. She created a free domestic abuse awareness training for the UK hair and beauty industry in 2019, touching the lives of over 100,000 individuals and empowering them to help others.
🏅 Awards and Recognition: Julie's work speaks for itself. She's judged numerous competitions, won several awards, and been featured in magazines, podcasts, mainstream radio, and TV.

Specialist Lash Academy was born! Since then, I have trained over 100k students!

1. My first 4 lash courses were poor.

2. I was rescuing lots of lashes that had been overloaded with extensions and glue!

3. All my new clients who’d had lashes done elsewhere were amazed at my consults (for safety) and assessments (for styling).

4. Standards needed to be raised in the industry and the best way to do that at the time was to be a part of equipping colleagues to be the best they can be, with integrity. I now champion this through my magazine and lash (conference) event company
