After a brief hiatus, our blonde queen is BACK! 🥰And we couldn’t be more THRILLED! 💕 will be working at Whiteladies Road from Weds 15th April!

Maddison will be an independent stylist and you can make appointments on Wednesday/ Thursday / Friday and alternating Saturdays.

We are 4 years old today! 🎂🥳🎉 It’s hard to believe 🙊 but we made it! 🙌 thank you to all our clients, our talent & our supporters for making this possible. 💕 not only that, but we GREW (in this economy 👀) and continue to grow, evolve and make beautiful hair every day🌱

AI isn’t the future of hairdressing. It’s the present.

Today I had the privilege of speaking at the Salon Growth Summit at Olympia, London, on a panel about AI in the salon industry. the salons who learn how to use it properly will grow faster, operate smarter, and create better experiences than ever before.

Let’s be honest, our industry has always been built on creativity, connection and craft. That will never change. No algorithm can replace the feeling of a transformation reveal, the trust built during a consultation, or the skill behind perfectly placed colour. But what AI can do is remove the friction around it.

It can:
• Reduce no-shows and protect revenue
• Automate follow-ups that increase rebooking
• Personalise client communication at scale
• Turn one haircut into ten pieces of marketing content
• Track KPIs daily instead of monthly
• Give owners clarity instead of chaos

In short, it gives us back time, data and control. The biggest misconception I hear is that AI will replace stylists. It won’t. But it will replace outdated systems. It will replace manual admin.
It will replace guesswork.And it will replace inconsistent communication.

The salons that win in 2026 and beyond won’t necessarily be the biggest; they’ll be the most operationally intelligent.

Meet Maisie , our newest Senior Stylist at Whiteladies Road ✨

Maisie joins us with seven years of experience, a seriously strong colour background, and a reputation for delivering those chef’s kiss finishes clients never stop talking about. She’s built buzzing columns in busy salons, trained across brands from Kevin Murphy to Eleven and Paul Mitchell, and she’s known for her blend of precision, creativity and calm professionalism.

She’ll be working full time, Tuesday–Saturday (with every other Saturday off) and is now available to book for colour, cuts, and all things gorgeous-hair.

We’re so excited to have her talent, her warmth, and her passion for great hair on the FDH floor 💗
