Say hello to Jenny, our new therapist at The Hampton Spa 💜
Jenny has a wonderful background that brings together Traditional Chinese Medicine and holistic therapy. She studied Traditional Chinese Medicine in China before moving to the UK. Since then, she has continued to develop her knowledge of holistic health and wellbeing, training in aromatherapy, different massage techniques, reflexology, facials and more.
Jenny will be offering a range of treatments at the spa, including our new 90-minute Hot Stone & Warm Bamboo Massage, which combines soothing heat with flowing movement and targeted pressure to help release muscle tension and encourage deep relaxation.

The warmth can be particularly soothing for those experiencing chronic muscular aches and stiffness, including discomfort associated with arthritis, while the massage techniques also help support healthy circulation.
