A little story behind Amor Aesthetics 🤎

Me and my sister Lucy have always been really close, and for a long time we actually worked right next door to each other — me at Amor Aesthetics and Lucy at Amor Lashes.

As her business grew, she found a bigger space just down the road and very kindly said I could move with her… but I just couldn’t give up the beautiful view we have here at Amor Aesthetics 😂🤎

So I stayed put and she moved just down the road.

I don’t think either of us ever imagined this is how life would turn out, both running our own businesses and doing something we genuinely love. But somehow it couldn’t have worked out more perfectly — and I feel really lucky that we’ve got to do it all alongside each other 🤎

Different spaces now, but still each other’s biggest supporters 🤎

If you’ve been a client of mine, you’ll already know how honest we are at Amor 🤎

Many of you will have heard a “no” from me at some point, or come in thinking you need one treatment and ended up having something completely different — or nothing at all 😂

I’ll always be honest about what I think will work best for you, even if that means saying no.

No pressure, no unnecessary treatments — just honest advice, always x

That’s why I like to capture lips from the front and both sides, so you can see the shape and balance from different angles.

0.7ml of filler used here. These photos were taken immediately after treatment, so swelling is present. This should start to settle over the next few days, with the final result assessed once healed.

Hey everyone, Meet Jade 🤎

We’re finally back on social media! It’s been a little while, so what better way to come back than to introduce you all to our beautiful Jade 🌸

Some of you will already know her as she’s been part of Amor for a while now, but for those who haven’t had the pleasure of meeting her yet… this is our girl!

Jade is our receptionist and front of house, but she’s honestly become SO much more than that. She’s chatty, funny, loyal, always up for a giggle and has the biggest heart. She makes everyone feel so comfortable when they walk through the door and fits into Amor absolutely perfectly.

She’s also learnt SO much since being with us. She knows our treatments inside out and is brilliant at giving honest advice. If you’re ever sat in reception wondering what treatment might be right for you, ask Jade 💫

You’ll be the first person our lovely clients meet — helping the clinic run smoothly and creating the best first impression ✨

🕒 Hours:
Monday: 9:30–3ish
Friday: 9:30 - 3ish
1 Saturday a month: 9:30–2pm

Experience helps but isn’t essential — we’ll give full training! 🌸

My diary is already filling up for the rest of the year, and with only limited spaces before I take some time off, I’ll be prioritising my lovely long-term clients.

This does mean I won’t be able to take on any new clients until the New Year 💖

As many of you know, babies don’t always stick to the plan — so while I’ve outlined my maternity plans below, things may shift depending on when our little one decides to arrive. I’ll keep you all updated as we go!

🍼 Maternity Leave Plans:
The exact weeks I’ll be off will depend on baby’s arrival, but here’s what I’m aiming for:

✨ November – I’m hoping to be back for limited clinics in November, but I’ll confirm those dates once baby is here safe and sound.
✨ December – My diary is now open for December bookings! 🎄

⏳ Reduced Hours + Treatment Availability:
As I’ll be returning quite quickly, I’ll be working reduced hours to begin with. This means:

💉 Pre-Christmas Clinics – I’ll only be offering TOX clinics only for the time being.
💋 Filler Appointments – These will resume in January once I’m back to more hours.

So, if you’re thinking about having filler before Christmas, please try to book in before I go off — otherwise I won’t be offering it until the New Year.

And of course, if you’re in need while I’m off, there are some amazing practitioners in Bristol I can recommend to look after you in the meantime ❤️
