PELVIC FLOOR 🤭

So as a personal sufferer of a weakened pelvic floor having had three children.

This is something I know to be most UN fun.

I’ve been to docs and F***y physio and basically the advice is do your pelvic floor exercises and or have a pessary.

Through my research into ways to support/mend my issues I came across the TESLA CHAIR.

This is literally a chair that Utilises high-intensity electromagnetic energy, the Ultra Tesla Seat induces supramaximal muscle contractions to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles effortlessly and effectively.
