WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-Professionally qualified in Beauty Therapy (Level 3 or above), Aesthetics, Nursing, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
-A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience delivering a range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring.
-Confident in conducting in-depth consultations, creating personalised treatment plans, and managing client expectations with honesty and professionalism.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
-Commercially minded, with a natural ability to educate clients, recommend suitable treatment plans, and confidently convert consultations into treatment bookings in an ethical and client-focused manner.
-Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, outstanding clinical outcomes, and a five-star client experience.
