But ending September with a grateful 💕
Odds and ends of the month that seem to go so quick and I didn’t really do much other than Teach, Clinic Days, A trip away to watch my boyfriends first duathlon, Treatments on myself, Baby sit 🐶, I beat my dead hang time , didn’t manage any more than 6 chin ups this month and come down with the flu, I was late in taking my kiwi a day ⬇️ tbh don’t usually start it till November.

I never get colds as I always try and start the kiwi 🥝 a day keeps the colds away. It got me early in September 🤧 at this point I just say please don’t come in with your germs, your treatments can also be effected ie your redness doesn’t go down.

What is seborrheic keratosis?
Seborrheic keratosis (also known as seborrhoeic warts or basal cell papillomas) are raised warty non-cancerous growths of the surface layers of the skin that develop as we get older. They vary in colour and are usually light to dark brown and are most often rough and raised. They develop with age and are more numerous in people who have had a lot of sun-exposure.

It’s really important with any blemish removal you follow strict after care for the skin to dry out and speed up the healing process.

The most common sites to develop seborrheic keratoses are the areas where we get the most sun exposure over our lifetime such as the face, scalp, chest and back. Whilst Seborrheic keratoses are harmless and do not develop into skin cancers. They can also cause embarrassment if situated at prominent sites such as the face or neck.

A gentle removal with carefully not damaging the skin. It’s will now form a little scab as part of the healing process, I can’t wait to see the finished result. Aftercare is to let the area dry out and not get wet or use any creams on the area, encourage the skin healing process quickly. Skin protection needed at all times going forward to stop post inflammatory pigmentation.
