This will help protect your skin against sun damage, pigmentation and premature ageing

2. Hydrate your skin from the outside and within by drinking plenty of water and using a moisture boosting cream

3. Cleanse your skin in the evening before going to bed to make sure all traces of makeup (if wearing any) sunscreen, sweat and pollution is removed

4. Use a gentle exfoliator 1-2 times a week to ensure your products are working at their best.

5. Support your skin by choosing to eat a wide variety of fruit, vegetables and healthy fats

As the year comes to a close, I just want to say thank you 💜
