I said no to my clients request! 😅

My client came in asking for an all over brunette, but I gently said no. Here’s why…

To me the best brunettes aren’t flat- they’re dimensional. When a dark colour is applied as a single solid shade from roots to ends, it can often look heavy, artificial, and what hairdressers I call stuck or chucked on.

Instead, I created a multi-tonal brunette using richer tones with depth running throughout. To me this catches the light, creates movement, and gives the hair that expensive shine that one all over brunette lacks.

The goal wasn’t to make her dull, it was to elevate her brunette, make it better, richer, more natural. More luxurious.

Because the most beautiful brunettes aren’t one colour. They’re a collection of tones working together to create depth, dimension, and effortless looking hair.
