Spring time massage 💗🌿

I especially love offering accessible massage to older people, folks with different health conditions, carers and anyone who might not be sure what massage is all about. All welcome 💕☀️

A poem from the last few weeks, coming from deep rest meditation with my teacher at , dreams, a word here, waking up into a knowing there, sangha and spring. And what I think of as my heart, not able to carry everything, has to find a different way.

When we move, a micro movement in the inner gestation of the world and our incarnation moves

In a massage today I found myself inviting breath through the sacrum as though it was an open gateway. What happens when the sacrum breathes? When each little groove and bump of its shape is felt, and welcome to be its powerful self. When it can feel a met-ness through touch. When upper and lower body remember their kinship.. when we remember our kinship with the sacred and the wildly natural forces of what we are, and what moves us. I'm wondering what happens when I make decisions from there. From the place where the gateway is open, shameless, unburdened, alive, breathing.
