With so much misinformation and scaremongering being shared on TV and online recently, I feel it’s important to say this.

As a small business, I take an enormous amount of pride and care in my clients, the products I use and, most importantly, the safety and wellbeing of everyone who comes through my door. I am always completely transparent about the products and treatments I offer, and I will always be happy to answer any questions honestly.

I have also heard some genuinely concerning things about certain large salons where, unfortunately, that same level of care and duty doesn’t always seem to be there.

So please — ask questions, talk to your technician and don’t be afraid to seek clarification. I will always give you an honest answer and explain things properly.

There is so much unnecessary fear being created by misleading or exaggerated information at the moment, and it’s genuinely upsetting to see small, responsible businesses and the professionals who work incredibly hard being caught up in it.

Know what you’re having done, know what products are being used, and choose a professional you trust. ❤️
