🤍 IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE — PLEASE READ 🤍

Hi everyone! Just a little update regarding my booking policy going forward.

Due to the increasing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I’ve had to put a stricter deposit policy in place.

✨ From now on, ALL appointments will require a deposit to secure the booking. No appointment will be confirmed without a deposit being paid.

As a self-employed hairdresser, my income relies entirely on the appointments I have booked. When a client doesn’t turn up or cancels at very short notice, I lose that income and usually have no opportunity to fill the appointment.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen, but unfortunately I can no longer absorb the cost of regular no-shows and last-minute cancellations. I need to protect my time, my business and my income.

Please also remember that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation within the relevant notice period, and any outstanding balance may still be payable in accordance with my cancellation policy.

Deposits will need to be paid within 24hours of booking the appointment, failure to do so will result in the appointment being cancelled from my diary.

I really value every one of my clients and appreciate all of the support you give my business. This isn’t a decision I’ve made lightly, but it is one that I need to make to protect my livelihood.

I hope everyone can understand and respect this going forward. 🤍
