S P Hair & Serene Scalp | Luxury Salon & Specialist Clinic (Nailsea)

We’re looking for a part-time receptionist (Mon–Weds) to join our growing luxury salon and scalp clinic.

This is not just a front desk role — you’ll be at the centre of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients receive a premium experience from start to finish.

💼 THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for keeping the salon organised, efficient and running to a high standard every day.

Key responsibilities:

* Delivering a warm, professional welcome to every client
* Managing bookings, emails, calls and daily salon flow
* Overseeing the diary and communicating any changes to the team in real time
* Handling daily cashing up, PDQ reports and basic financial admin
* Monitoring stylist targets and supporting business performance
* Ensuring all client notes and colour records are completed
* Maintaining a clean, organised and presentable reception + retail space
* Supporting the wider team when needed (towels, general upkeep, etc.)
* Opening and closing procedures, including security and end-of-day reports
