The Charka Bella environment provides the backdrop for various holistic body treatments such as massage, hot stone therapy, exfoliating, toning, moisturising body treatments and facials. In addition, we offer beauty treatments such as waxing, manicures, pedicures, eyelash and eyebrow tinting and more. We regularly offer longer pamper session for those of you who have a few hours to fill during the mainstay of the day and to fit around the hours when everyone else is at work or school. Since opening, these treatment rooms have become a hot spot for discerning individuals looking for relaxation and uplifting beauty treatments. If you’ve had a stressful day or heading into one, why not call in for a relaxing facial or an Indian head massage followed by a choice of make-up sessions to suit your mood. Using the finest products, the team will ensure that as an individual you are made to feel special and fully catered for. All therapists are highly experienced in the industry and they are able to offer an array of treatment for both women and men. Softness isn’t only rituals and treatments.
It’s also accepting that not everyone will love, care or show up in the same way that you do.
For a long time, I expected people to treat me the way I treated them.
With the same loyalty.
The same thoughtfulness.
The same effort.
When they didn’t, it often led to disappointment.
I’ve come to realise that people can only give from the depth of their own capacity, awareness and experiences.
That doesn’t make them bad people.
But it does help us decide whether a relationship feels reciprocal.
Acceptance doesn’t mean lowering your standards.
