As a small business owner, missed appointments and unpaid cancellation fees have a real impact. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you, meaning I am unable to offer it to another client.

Like anyone else going to work, I rely on being paid for the time I’ve set aside and the income I’ve earned. Unpaid appointments affect my ability to cover both business costs and everyday living expenses.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, but I kindly ask that all clients respect my cancellation policy and settle any outstanding missed appointment fees before rebooking.
