I listen to you as much as u listen to me waffle on 🙈.. the support from u all this last year makes me feel so proud of all I do .. and I really do appreciate all of u .. because without u I would have no job .. so have a very merry Xmas and fabulous new year 🥳 see you all in 2026 .. XMAS 🎄 APPOINTMENTS ON THE LEAD UP TO CHRISTMAS DAY🧡 - please can you make sure you are on time and for nails you know what you want done , I work back to back day and night so time is limited at this time of year ., many thanks ☺️

MOAN TIME - unfortunately today I’ve had a whole days work cancel for various different reasons given - more importantly cancelled within 24hours this is a lot of appointments that I am unable to fill with such short notice..

my policy is if you cancel within 48 hours then payment will need to be made in order to rebook as it’s my time being wasted.. I am a working mum with 4 children to juggle around too .. I am also working on my PMU semi permanent makeup and I need to schedule time for this to be added into my working day which is not an hours treatment.. going forward I am enforcing my policy ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL - YOU WILL NOT BEABLE TO REBOOK UNTIL THE FULL PAYMENT IS RECIEVED
