I have been practicing Pilates on and off for about 10 years. Having grown up doing a lot of dancing, most of the conditioning work was Pilates-inspired. I rediscovered Pilates a few years ago to regain strength in my upper body following a shoulder operation, and more recently to help with knee and hip pain from doing a lot of running and cycling. June offer! As I am slowly planning to teach more over the coming months I have decided to run an offer for June of a block of 4 one to one's or two to one classes for £100, so £25/ 1hr class which you can have to yourself or share with a pal/partner. Sessions can be booked in across the summer months.The sessions will be fully tailored to your needs, whether these include gaining strength,.flexibility supporting rehabilitation, supporting running/cycling training etc. Each block will start with goal setting, posture assessment and will include take home exercises to extend the benefits of the sessions. So excited to be hosting another Pilates brunch with the amazing on Saturday 25th March at the lovely Bennett Centre in Frome!I'll be teaching a mixed ability class followed by a deelish Japanese lunch, alongside lots of other goodies. Mum & Baby Pilates starts back at next Monday 9th January! This class includes specifically adapted exercises to help tired postnatal bodies regain strength as well as including lots of lovely stretches, breathwork and relaxation. The atmosphere is super relaxed and babies can be cared for throughout. I don't have a cut off age either, I took my kids along with me until they were over 1 so entirely up to the mamas. 3 more Mum & Baby Pilates classes before the Christmas break, no idea where the time has gone!! These classes are gentle postnatal rehabilitation classes, they include loads of stretches, bresthwork and also a good bit of strengthening with a focus on core and pelvic floor strength. Classes are booked in blocks of 4 to make things more predictable for me, however you can start a block whenever and also carry over blocks past the holidays/prior engagements etc. If you'd like to find out more and to book DM me or contact [email protected] x
