This is a high impact class that involves using slam balls, medicine balls and other types of gym-typical balls to give you a weighted and body weighted burst of conditioning 🔥❗️
You’ll find plenty of calories burning and lots of sweat dripping from you as our coaches bring you varied workouts. Some will be individual drills, some partnered and some in teams but all will bring you closer to where you want to be 👊🏻👌
