1️⃣ Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin well-hydrated from the inside out.
2️⃣ Gentle Cleansing: After 24hrs, use a mild cleanser and a simple moisteriser for the next few days to avoid irritating your skin.
3️⃣ Avoid active ingredients: avoid using retionals or vitamin C for 72hrs to avoid irritating the skin barrier
4️⃣ Avoid Sun: Keep out of direct sunlight and always wear sun cream, as your skin will be more sensitive.
5️⃣ No Makeup: Avoid makeup for at least 24 hours to let your skin breathe and heal.
6️⃣ Skip the Gym: Try to avoid sweating for at least 48 hours; no intense workouts that can irritate your skin.
7️⃣ Hands Off: Do not pick at or scratch your skin to avoid scarring.
